If you’ve visited a traditional Nigerian market, you might have passed by or patronized the shoemaker’s corner—ready to fix anything from shoes to bags and belts.
Here, I’ve captured one of these corners, where skilled artisans labour day and night over every stitch and sole to support their families and dreams.
In a society that increasingly values wealth over hard work, their dedication is as a testament to the resilience of the Nigerian spirit.
