IJE Art Movement

IJE was founded to share Nigerian stories through art. With the support of its six-member board, the organization organized culturally themed exhibitions and open house sessions. These exhibitions showcased works from emerging Nigerian artists across various mediums, attracting diverse audiences with features like portrait sketches, food, face painting, dance, crafts, and merchandise stalls. The Open House sessions, held before exhibitions, promoted cultural exchange and art appreciation, fostering community and a deeper understanding of Nigerian art.
